Terms of Service
Effective July 19, 2026
Use of this site
The drivertrack.ai website and its content are provided by DriverTrack, a Vision Companies product. You may browse, link to, and share our content with attribution. You may not scrape the site for republication or misrepresent our content as your own.
Information, not advice
Articles, resource pages, and comparisons on this site are general information for training-program operators. They are not legal, accreditation, or financial-aid advice. Regulations change, agency guidance evolves, and application to your program depends on facts we don't know. Verify current requirements against the primary sources we cite — the Federal Register, eCFR, FMCSA, and ED/FSA publications — or consult qualified counsel. Each compliance page carries a "last verified" date; treat anything older than the current rule cycle with care.
Competitor comparisons
Comparison pages reflect publicly available vendor materials as of the date noted on each page. "Not advertised" means we could not find the capability described publicly — it is not a claim that the vendor lacks it. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. If you represent a vendor and believe something is inaccurate, email info@drivertrack.ai and we will review promptly.
Platform subscriptions
Use of the DriverTrack platform itself is governed by a separate customer agreement, including service levels, data ownership, and payment terms. Nothing on this website modifies that agreement.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose regarding site content, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly.
