This policy covers the drivertrack.ai website, operated by DriverTrack, a Vision Companies product ("we," "us"). Data handled inside the DriverTrack platform on behalf of customer schools is governed by the applicable customer agreement, not this website policy.

Information we collect

• Form submissions: name, email, phone, school/program name, product interests, and your message, when you contact us or request a demo.
• Attribution context: the page you landed on, referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM), stored for the duration of your browser session and submitted with your form.
• Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) under its own terms.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule requested demos.
• To understand which of our products you're interested in, so the right person follows up.
• To improve the site and its content.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask for them.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Attio) and our hosting provider's logs (Vercel). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data processing terms.

Student records and FERPA

The DriverTrack platform handles student education records for customer schools. In those engagements we act under school-official provisions and the customer agreement. This website does not collect student education records.

Cookies

The site uses essential session storage for attribution context and, if configured, Google Analytics 4 cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.

Retention and your rights

We keep inquiry records as long as they are relevant to an active conversation or business relationship. To access, correct, or delete your information, email info@drivertrack.ai or call 425-358-3282.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our providers. Access is limited to the team members who handle inquiries.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
